Refund policy

Safety First Update: In order to protect our employees, courier partners, and customers from additional health risks, we have updated our return policy protocols to ensure contactless and safe processing.

Since the Fashion Category has many size variants, ensuring customer happiness is our priority. We will accept Replacements in case of Size Issues; however, direct Refunds are not acceptable under standard terms.

⚠️ RETURN POLICY FOR SPECIAL OFFERS:

Products purchased under special offers (e.g., BOGO, BUY 1 GET 1, 2 FOR 499, 2 for 999, 3 FOR 999, etc.) will be accepted for exchange due to size issues only. These items are not liable for return or refund of any kind.

The return policy is divided into three parts. Please read all sections carefully to understand the conditions under which returns will be accepted.

Part 1 – Category, Return Window, and Actions

  • Category: Lifestyle (Clothing, Footwear, Fashion Accessories)

  • Return Window: 7 Days within delivery date.

  • Condition: Our terms restrain us from accepting Refunds, but we provide a One Time Replacement Policy (specifically for size issues).

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing

Change of Address:

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if a pick-up service is technically available at the new pincode.

Self-Shipment:

In the case of Non-Serviceable Pin codes for Reverse Logistics, products need to be self-shipped by the Customer. Self-ship charges will be capped/reimbursed (as store credit) at maximum ₹99 per shipment.

Quality Check Conditions:

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following:

  1. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable).

  2. Undamaged Packaging: The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged and intact.

The field executive will refuse to accept the returns if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is explicitly approved (exceptional cases), the refund will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product has been received and verified by the seller.

Part 3 – General Rules for a Successful Return

In certain rare cases where Hvnly is unable to process a replacement for any reason (e.g., out of stock), a refund will be given.
